Lewis Baloue is the full name of Lewis, a mysterious artist from the early 1980's, who released a handful of albums, only two of which have been discovered. In 1983, Lewis Baloue released an album named L’Amour under the name Lewis, which was released on the unknown label R.A.W. (An acronym of Lewis' supposed real name, Randall A.
